Bluetooth gprs internet in several steps.

The proposed way doesn't pretend to be the most convenient but it at least works :)

So,

1.Enable bluetooth on the phone.
2.Discover it's MAC address:
$hcitool scan
3.Find out which channel is used for «Dial UP networking» on your phone:
$sdptool browse 00:21:AA:8E:E1:00
4.Bind rfcomm device to discovered channel:
rfcomm bind 0 00:21:AA:8E:E1:00 2
5.Now we can use /dev/rfcomm0 in pppd configuration.
6.Use pppconf to create ppp configuration for your operator, I'll show mine at the end of the tip.
7.Use pon xl.kyivstar.net to connect
Actually I ,also, thing that there must be an easier way , let me know if you'll find one!

cat /etc/ppp/peers/xl.kyivstar.net:
